Digital Product Policy: No Refunds
Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales of plugins, themes, scripts, templates, and other downloadable products are final. Once a product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, as there is no way to “return” digital content.
Exception: Unusable Products
If a purchased product is completely unusable (e.g., corrupted files, broken functionality, or failure to download), we will work to resolve the issue. To qualify for a refund:
- Contact our 24/7 support team immediately with details of the issue.
- Allow us up to 48 hours to investigate and attempt to fix the problem.
- If we cannot resolve it within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not provided for compatibility issues, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases.
- We do not develop the products ourselves. While we ensure all items are tested and functional before listing, we cannot modify core functionality, fix developer-level bugs, or customize products to meet specific needs.
