All MimiTheme products are digital downloads, so you’ll receive your files instantly after your payment is confirmed. A download link will be available on your order confirmation page and sent to your email.
Click on the “My Account” link in the header. You can create an account during checkout or by registering directly on our site. Having an account allows you to access past purchases and re-download files anytime.
Log into your My Account area and update your personal details. This will not affect previous orders but will be applied to all future purchases.
Since our products are delivered digitally, there’s no shipping tracking. You can check your My Account > Orders page to view and download your purchases.
No. We do not store your payment details. All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal.
